Customers are eligible for a 7-day return or replacement period starting from the date of delivery.

Return or replacement requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects

• Wrong item delivered

All requests are subject to verification by our team. Products must be returned in original condition with intact packaging. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after successful verification.

3. Hardware Return Conditions

Returns are approved only after home verification by our authorized team. The following conditions must be fulfilled:

• Original Packaging: Product must be returned in original box.
• No Physical Damage: No scratches, dents, or broken parts.
• No Liquid Damage: Water or moisture damage voids eligibility.

4. Service & Warranty Policy

Once a service (installation or repair) is successfully completed, it is non-returnable and non-refundable. Services are covered only under the applicable service warranty, if any.
